I just want to learn self-defense. Do you have any seminars just for that?2020-05-25T05:37:23-05:00

Your ability to effectively defend yourself increases through practice and repetition, and it’s for that reason we only teach self-defense systematically through curriculum. We believe a false sense of security can be as dangerous as a lack of self-defense training and encourage you to seek out a consistent and comprehensive program to best align with your goals.

My schedule is pretty crazy – do I have to commit to certain days of the week for training?2020-05-25T05:36:27-05:00
